Ben Affleck regrets rubbing Jennifer Lopaz butt

Hollywood actor Ben Affleck has revealed that he regrets starring in ex-fiancee Jennifer Lopez's music video as it almost killed his career.

The 35-year-old star had made a cameo in the Latina star's music video 'Jenny From The Block', where he was seen rubbing sun tan lotion onto Lopez's bottom.

"If I have a big regret, it was doing the music video. But that happened years ago. I've moved on," Contactmusic quoted Afflick, as saying.

However, the Pearl Harbour star insists he isn't blaming Lopez for his career's downfall.

"It not only makes me look like a petulant fool (to blame Lopez), but it surely qualifies as ungentlemanly? For the record, did she hurt my career? No," he added.

Affleck started dating Lopez in 2002. The pair got engaged in 2002 but called off their relationship in 2003.

Lily Allen pulling out of year's Isle of Wight festival has made the event greener.

Organisers of the July music extravaganza revealed they have donated her appearance fee to various environmental projects.

The sum has been spent on a tree repopulation programme, research into bee habitats, and a scheme to increase local business partnerships to cut down on travel.

Promoters admit the festival will still have a negative impact on the environment, but the new measures will help with ongoing improvement.

Lily withdrew from the UK event in March, with organiser John Giddings saying: "I think the poor girl has got a few problems. Unfortunately England, although it produces good girl singer/songwriters, they don't seem to be capable of running the course.

"I find it very disappointing. These artists don't seem to have a responsibility to their audience."

This year's headliners at the festival, which will be held from June 13-15, are The Police, Kaiser Chiefs and Sex Pistols.

PARIS HILTON has denied she has secretly become engaged to rocker BENJI MADDEN

The socialite fuelled rumours of impending nuptials after she was spotted wearing a two-banded diamond ring on her wedding finger.

Hilton's on/off best friend Nicole Richie is reportedly set to wed Madden's twin brother Joel this summer (08), after the birth of their daughter Harlow in January (08).

And since the hotel heiress has been romantically involved with Benji, the couple has been dogged by rumours they are to follow suit and tie the knot.

But Hilton insists that although the pair has talked about marriage - she denies the ring means they are set to wed.

She tells People.com, "No, it's just a present. He's sweet.

"We want to stay together forever. I wouldn't do a Vegas (wedding). I don't know where or when but I do want it to be romantic".

With an estimated $35 million in earnings, Gisele Bundchen is still the world's top-earning model, according to Forbes dot com's annual list.

In the last 12 months, Bundchen made more than double the $14 million earned by Heidi Klum, who came in second, according to Forbes.

Rounding out the top five are Kate Moss ($7.5 million), Adriana Lima ($7 million) and Doutzen Kroes ($6 million). The latter, a 23-year-old from Holland, was second-to-last on the list last year.

"I wish we had snapped her up a long time ago," Edward Razek, who has been selecting models for Victoria's Secret for a decade, told Forbes. The company gave Kroes a contract this year.

Victoria's Secret made millionaires of two newcomers: Miranda Kerr and Selita Ebanks, ranked at Nos. 10 and 12, respectively.

Christina Aguilera surely takes criticism in the right spirit, for according to the singer all publicity is good publicity. The 'Beautiful' hitmaker insisted that for her criticism is good because then at least people talk about her.

The new mommy is unfazed when she reads negative stories about herself in the press and refuses to let the articles upset her because she knows there is always a positive aspect to the coverage.

"Being objectified in magazines comes with the territory, you have to take it with a pinch of salt," Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

"In terms of reading bad opinions, I tend to see all negativity and criticism as a good thing. Because people are at least talking about me, so they must care in some way," she added.

Cher tells Oprah of fling with Tom Cruise

In what has to be one of the oddest couplings in showbiz history, veteran performer Cher has reportedly revealed on an upcoming Oprah Winfrey show that she had a brief fling with actor Tom Cruise.

According to the Daily Mail, not only did the singer fall madly in love, but she has revealed Tom was just 23-years-old at the time of the affair.

At 39, Cher was 16 years Tom's senior when the couple met in the 80s during the early years of his career and shortly after the release of his hit film Risky Business.

The paper reported that Cher, now 61, told Oprah Winfrey: "I was crazy about him."

In the show, which will go to air in the US next month, she spoke of Cruise, now 45, as an awkward young man who was struggling to adjust to his new life, the paper revealed.

"He was shy," she said.

"He said he felt like such a boob in school and nobody talked to him. We went on a date once for dinner in a New York restaurant and the waitress was from his old school.

"He told me she never talked to him back in school, but now he was recognised he got all her attention.

"It could have been a great big romance because I was crazy for him," Cher said.

It was recently announced Tom Cruise would be appearing on another Oprah Winfrey show.

His previous appearance resulted in the actor becoming the butt of jokes after he jumped on the talkshow host's couch declaring his love for then-girlfriend Katie Holmes.

Kate Beckinsale "knew within five minutes of kissing" her husband she would marry him.

The 'Snow Angels' actress - who met her director spouse Len Wiseman on the set of their movie 'Underworld - initially tried to deny her attraction to Len because she was dating her 'Underworld' co-star Michael Sheen at the time.

She said: "It was one of those things that was happening but that we tried to pretend was not happening for a long time. Len and I were both with other people at the time, and the whole thing was really difficult.

"We made the film, and it wasn't until after it had finished that it finally dawned on me how much I liked him. I knew within five minutes of kissing Len that I would marry him."

Kate - who has a nine-year-old daughter Lily from her relationship with Michael - is thankful Len and Michael get on well, because it makes life easier for her and Lily.

She added: "Len and Michael got along very well before Len and I got together because they already had a good working relationship, and they both liked each other anyway."
