Lindsay escapes jailLindsay Lohan was facing possible charges for stealing around $10,000 worth of clothes from a friend´s house, but they can´t prove she did it. "The bottom line is that Lohan can´t be shown to have been seen either taking or to have been later in possession of missing items and items she can be shown to have possessed were with (the housesitter´s) permission." Said the rejection notice which means that Lindsay will not be facing felony grand theft charges.

According to sources (ie Lindsay´s ´friends´ who are constantly selling her out) Lindsay was bragging about all the clothes she stole, but unfortunately, due to the fact that the housekeeper let her in and let her leave with the clothes, the woman who is missing a hell of a lot of clothes can´t do anything about it.

One more unclothed woman in Los Angles I guess.
