Miley Cyrus to Perform at the European Music AwardsMTV announced today that Miley Cyrus will make her first appearance ever at this year's MTV EMAs, which are scheduled to take place in Madrid on November 7. The "Who Owns My Heart" songbird is nominated for awards in the Best Pop and Best Female categories.

In a press release announcing the appearance, Cyrus enthused,

And no doubt the EMAs can't wait to find out what kind of stage show Cyrus will cook up for them.
