Rumer Willis Gets Smart For Windows 7Rumer Willis (in a James Icon tuxedo fit boyfriend blazer) attends the launch of the new Windows Phone 7 held at the Hotel de Rome in Berlin, Germany on Wednesday (October 20).

The 22-year-old actress helped promote the new HTC smart phone and operating system at the event.

Last week, Rumer was spotted holding hands with Glee’s newest star Chord Overstreet. Couple days later, she supported her dad, Bruce Willis, for the premiere of his new film Red.
